I'm not sure if she is new to platforms such as this, she was incredibly slow, even at the low rate per minute, too much moment passed while waiting for responses. I feel she may be better on the phone rather than chat for time sake. I don't think the delayed instance was in regards to her being able to read, it seemed as though it was the occasion shuffling along with then typing..this is why I think she may be new to doing this on chat. I felt she was spot-on in the information i receieved. Had she been a little quicker, I would have stayed on longer.
